Using only the freshest ingredients & spices carefully picked from Peru, our meals are prepared in-house daily to give you and your guests a Peruvian experience you’ll never forget.

POLLO A LA BRASA

A half tray of chicken comes with a half tray of garlic teamed rice, a half tray of salad, and our “green sauce” hot sauce. Similarly, a full tray of chicken comes with a half tray of rice and salad, and hot sauce.
